Jeremy joined the then British Tourist Authority in 1980 as a graduate trainee. He spent 12 years in overseas offices in Canada, Norway and Spain as well as senior roles in London including Head of Campaigns and Product Marketing and Head of Business Visits and Events. In April 2006, Jeremy became General Manager, Quality in VisitBritain and has been with VisitEngland since its inception, with responsibilities including quality, accessibility, skills and welcome.
