Louise is Director of Partnerships & Performance at VisitEngland, responsible for overseeing and monitoring the delivery programme in support of VisitEngland’s strategic direction and working through and with both private and public sector tourism partners to ensure the successful implementation of the national tourism framework.

Louise was previously Head of Tourism and Culture at One North East Regional Development Agency with responsibility for tourism strategy, policy, investment and delivery. The role also included cultural regeneration and festivals and events.

Prior to this Louise worked in regional roles and local government tourism in culture and leisure and in the private sector in hospitality, events and adventure tourism; both in the UK and overseas.
