The assessment team assess ‘quality in context’, the views they express are based on industry experience and what they observe at the range of attractions they visit.

'Excellent report received within two weeks of assessment promptly. One person takes responsibility for circulating information to management team heads and all trustees (actual copies of reports). The nominated person draws up an action plan for team heads and each month reports on action taken (if feasible) over a one year period. This also acts as a monitoring system.'
