It is important to point out that VisitEngland works hard to support and guide attractions.  Failure to obtain the Quality Rose Marque should not be viewed as a negative.  PIQAS will look at the attraction through the eyes of a visitor, by fulfilling all elements of PIQAS you are improving the experience of your Place of Interest for all your visitors.

The written report will provide recommendations on how to improve quality. Contact will also be made to discuss the findings and further guidance on what actions are required to enable a pass.

Each case is independently looked at and the PIQAS Manager, in consultation with the Senior Assessor, will decide whether another visit in the same year is likely to enable the Place of Interest to pass.

Should a longer period of time be necessary to enable the recommeded actions to be carried out, a revisit will be scheduled for year 2.
