• Face to face de-brief for manned sites giving you 1-to-1 access to a tourism professional.

• No later than 2 weeks after the assessment a report, including key observations and recommendations, is sent out via e-mail or hard copy.

• Staff motivation – shared with the team the report enables management to praise the good and encourage action to improve any highlighted negatives.

• Identify areas that require either investment or internal up-grading, or simply just a general re-fresh, ie. removal of graffiti or cutting back overgrown shrubbery.
