Payment must be made prior to the visit taking place. As soon as we have received your payment an Assessor will be assigned to your attraction and will be instructed to contact you directly to make the appointment to visit.
We ask that you inform us at this time if you have a particular requirement in relation to timing of the visit. We work hard to ensure special requests are taken into account.
Typically an assessor will make contact with you within two weeks of cleared payment.
