We conduct a census to measure the number and type of serviced and non-serviced accommodation businesses, and the number of bedspaces they offer.

This survey measures levels of room and bedspace occupancy in the serviced accommodation sector in England and in the UK as a whole. Results are reported monthly.

At key times in the year, a sample of serviced and non-serviced accommodation businesses are asked to report on past performance and future confidence.
